Real Estate Blogger Lists Recently Sold Homes in Lindy

Lindenhurst blogger Jackie Connelly-Fornuff also sees a few more short sales coming off the market.

Lindenhurst real estate agent and Patch Blogger Jackie Connelly-Fornuff recently posted the latest sold homes report for Lindy.

"Inventory is at an all-time low in Lindenhurst for regular resale homes, so I feel buyers will start buying more short sales in the months to come," wrote Connelly-Fornuff, who's an agent with Century 21 AA Realty.

She went on to describe all of the sold homes for the period ending March 17, 2013 - and list how many homes were short sales versus those that weren't.
