The Three Most Expensive Home Sales In Lindenhurst This Month

LINDENHURST, NY —The median sale price on Long Island hit a record high for the third time in May. In Suffolk, the median price of a house rose to $500,000, after reaching a high just a month before. In Lindenhurst, the three most expensive sold prices ranged from $670,000 to $570,000 according to Realtor.com. Check them out below.

63 Kellum Street sold for $670,000 on May 19.

The five-bedroom colonial was built in 2003 and has an open floor plan, wood floors, new kitchen, pool and solar panels.

33 Perry Street sold for $642,000 on May 14.

The legal two-family home is in Lindenhurst Village and is close to the train station. The first floor home has three bedrooms, and the second has two bedrooms.

774 S. 8th Street sold for $570,000 on June 3.

The three-bedroom home is on a canal. There are three bedrooms, wood floors, a fireplace and an open concept kitchen.
