LINDENHURST, NY —The median sale price on Long Island hit a record high for the third time in May. In Suffolk, the median price of a house rose to $500,000, after reaching a high just a month before. In Lindenhurst, the three most expensive sold prices ranged from $670,000 to $570,000 according to Realtor.com. Check them out below.
