Town Of Babylon Holiday Tree Lighting: What You Need To Know
The festive event is set for Friday night. Check out what you need to know before heading out.
LINDENHURST, NY - The Town of Babylon will be hosting their annual Holiday Tree Lighting in Lindenhurst Friday night. The event is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. at Town Hall on 200 Sunrise Highway.
The festivities will begin with a performance by the Royal Dance Center of Babylon. Then the holiday parade will begin which will include appearances by the North Babylon Middle School marching band and fire trucks from the North Lindenhurst Fire Department.
Santa Claus will also make a special entrance during the event. He will be there to meet the children and hand out special gifts. Children can also write letters to Santa.

Residents will be able to enjoy hot chocolate and cookies while listening to a local choir.
