West Babylon Little League Softball Team Advances to Regionals

State champions, the West Babylon 9-10 year old Little League Softball Team, will compete for the Eastern Regionals Championship in Old Forge, Pennsylvania this weekend.

Beginning last fall, the team went 48-1 and earned both the District 34 and Long Island Section 6 championships, in addition to winning the New York State Championship.

The girls will represent New York in the tournament and will play against the top team from the eastern states in pursuit of the regional title.
