Anticipated Road Work This Week In Oceanside, Island Park

ISLAND PARK, NY — Barring any bad weather, road work is expected this week in Island Park and Oceanside.
Lane closures and delays are possible from construction from July 6 to July 9.
It's part of the Austin Boulevard/Long Beach Road Safety Improvements Project, County Legislator Denise Ford said in a Facebook post.

- Austin Boulevard northbound--right lane (Marina Path to Audubon) for new traffic signals.
- Long Beach Road southbound --right lane (The Sands to Bishop) for curb/sidewalk repairs
- Long Beach Road northbound --right lane (Empire to Daly) for curb/sidewalk repairs
- Daly Boulevard eastbound --right lane (at Long Beach Road) for curb/sidewalk repairs
- Daly Boulevard westbound --right lane (at Long Beach Road) for curb/sidewalks repairs
