The City of Long Beach, together with FEMA, is hosting a Community Forum Wednesday night.
Topics will include FEMA programs such as Increased Cost of Compliance (ICC) and Hazard Mitigation, as well as state programs such as NY Rising Community Reconstruction Program and the Recreate NY Smart Home Initiative.
