POINT LOOKOUT, NY — While Long Islanders make their way to normal in the back end of the pandemic, many still want to keep their distance and find ways to enjoy themselves.

The Town of Hempstead is bringing back free drive-in movies for residents.

All screenings are from June 3 through June 20 at 7 p.m. They will run the films at Town Park Point Lookout on giant LED screens with audio available directly in each car, the Town of Hempstead said in a statement.
