Long Beach resident and former New York State Assemblyman Jerry Kremer discusses his new book “Winning Albany: Untold Stories About the Famous and the Not So Famous” in an interview with Municipal Finance Today. Kremer — who served in the assembly for 13 terms and is the former chairman of the assembly’s Ways and Means Committee — talks about his years working as a reporter for a weekly publication in Long Beach.
