Long Beach Dog Learns To Sound The Alarm
This pooch joins in when the nearby fire department sounds its alarm. You can see him join here.
These days, fire departments notify their members of a call through mobile devices, like phones and pagers. But years ago, they used to use sirens.
In the Point Lookout-Lido Fire Department, they still use sirens (as well as modern methods). When the alarm goes out, all residents near the fire station know. And some of them like to get in on the fun.
Check out the video below of one dog who likes the sound of the siren so much that he decides to answer it with a call of his own. Maybe he can get a job with the fire department?
