Long Beach Police Report 4 DWI Arrests, Forcible Touching

Long Beach Police report the following arrests over the past week:

On August 4, Alison I. Metz, 37, of Atlantic Beach, was arrested and charged with violation of probation.

On August 6, Sean J. Heffron, 38, of Fresh Meadows, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, criminal possession of a controlled substance, DWAI, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

On August 7, Jeanna M. Restivo, 34, of Long Beach, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle, DWI and reckless driving.

On August 8, Lawanda Thomas, 35, of Long Beach, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and criminal sale of a controlled substance.

On August 8, Scott M. Rossi, 44, of Long Beach, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and criminal sale of a controlled substance.

On August 8, Ryan A. Lattman, 31, was arrested and charged with burglary and an active Nassau County bench warrant.

On August 8, Lisa A. Gubista, 26, of Long Beach, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

On August 9, Steven J. Merced, 35, of Allentown, P.A., was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.

On August 9, Tyler J. McClean, 22, of Long Beach, was arrested and charged with reckless endangerment and petit larceny.

On August 10, Donald R. Rowles, 58, of Long Beach, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction, criminal mischief with intent to damage property and menacing with a weapon.

On August 10, Austin W. Soldano, 28, of Seaford, was arrested and charged with DWI and resisting arrest.

On August 10, Vincent Morea, 40, of Long Beach, was arrested and charged with DWI.

On August 10, Patrick C. Boutin, 44, of Long Beach, was arrested and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and obstructing governmental administration.

On August 10, Fadil Dembogaj, 32, of the Bronx, was arrested and charged with forcible touching.
