Man Charged With 15 Traffic Violations While Driving High: LBPD

LONG BEACH, NY — The Long Beach Police Department reported the following arrests for the week ending April 7. All charges are merely accusations.

  • Darren Foster, Jr., 33, of Springfield Gardens, was arrested on East Park Avenue on March 30 and charged with driving with a suspended license and illegal signaling.
  • Chase Morrison, 26, of West Hempstead, was arrested on East Park Avenue on April 1 and charged with driving with a revoked license, DWAI-drugs with a prior conviction, fleeing a police officer, an active Nassau County Supreme Court bench warrant and 15 traffic infractions.
  • George Buzzetta, 28, of Long Beach, was arrested on Delaware Avenue on April 5 and charged with driving while impaired by drugs.
  • Sean Galligan, 54, of Long Beach, was arrested on West Beech Street and charged with DWI.
  • Julio Enrique Ramirez-Zepeda, 20, of West Hempstead, was arrested on April 7 on Riverside Boulevard and charged with driving with a suspended license and a windshield tint violation.
