Multiple Cars Broken Into In Nassau: Police
See where cars were broken into in the county this week, and make sure you lock yours.
NASSAU COUNTY, NY — The Nassau County Police Department reported the following thefts from cars for the week ending April 8.
- Items were stolen from an unmarked car parked on Wilson Street in West Hempstead on April 1.
- Both license plates were stolen from a car parked on Hicksville road in Bethpage on April 1.
- An NYPD parking permit was stolen from a car parked on West Oak Street in South Farmingdale on March 31.
- An iPhone was stolen from an unlocked car parked on Lion Lane in Westbury on april 5.
- A driver's license and Social Security card were stolen from an unlocked car parked on Kell Place in Seaford on April 6.
- Two paychecks and an LIRR train pass were stolen from an unlocked car parked on Swansdowne Drive in Seaford on April 6.
