Oceanside Hosts 2nd Battalion Parade Saturday

The Oceanside Fire Department is hosting the 2nd Battalion Parade Saturday.

The parade will step off at 6 p.m. at Long Beach Road and West Windsor Parkway, head to Mott Street, and end at Fireman’s Memorial Field.

Food, beverages, and t-shirts will be on sale at the field as live music plays. All are welcome.

Multiple roads will be closed at certain points from 5:45-8 p.m. for the parade, according to the Oceanside Fire Department. Long Beach Road and Mott Street will be closed to all traffic.

West Windsor Parkway, Perkins Avenue, and Weidner Avenue will be closed from 3-8 p.m. between Long Beach Road and Fulton.
