A fire broke out on the second floor of a Roswell Avenue home in Oceanside Sunday, according to the Oceanside Fire Department.

Firefighters battled the fire in the Queen Ann-style home and quickly extinguished the blaze thanks to quick work and supporting members providing water, they said.
