The following information was supplied by the Long Beach Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate convictions.
- Sean O’Toole, 34, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated at Long Beach Boulevard on Jan. 1.
- James Johnston, 23, of Massapequa was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at West Park Avenue on Jan. 1.
- Michael Prete, 39, of Great Neck was arrested and charged with driving while impaired by drugs and criminal possession of a controlled substance at Long Beach Police Department headquarters on Jan. 1.
- Fitzroy Richardson, 56, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with five active Long Beach City Court warrants and failure to produce transportation at West Park Avenue on Jan. 2.
- Vincent Rivera, 37, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing at West Walnut Street on Jan. 5.
- Burton Craft, 24, of Port Orange, Florida, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license at West Olive Street on Jan. 6.
