South Shore Craft Brewery Brings New Tastes To The Area
The farm brewery gets the majority of its ingredients from New York farmers and sources, making everything extra local.

A brand new brewery has just opened in Oceanside, and it's taking a different approach to beer.
The South Shore Craft Brewery just held its grand opening this weekend. It is one of a few breweries on Long Island to be given a "farm brewery license." That means the majority of the ingredients the brewery uses are sourced from New York farmers and suppliers.
Located at 3505 Hampton Road in Oceanside (in what is known as Oil City), the brewery has a tap room where visitors can try any of the 16 beers on rotation, as well as New York ciders and meads. You can even bring your furry friends, as the brewery is dog friendly.
