WATCH: Drone Video Captures Lightning Strike That Shocked 5 on Long Island

A drone filming the New York Surf Week competition in Long Beach captured incredible video of the moment lightning struck the beach on Thursday evening.
Five people were jolted by the lightning strike that occurred around 5 p.m. as a strong thunderstorm passed over the region.
Jason Belsky, who runs Film by Air, told Newsday that his drone was about 10 to 15 feet above the water off the Long Beach when the single bolt of lightning struck the shore.
