LOWER EAST SIDE, NY — One more condo in Essex Crossing's first completed building is left if you can put up the $3.2 million to buy it.

The 1,734-square-foot luxury condo at 242 Broome St. hit the market for $3.2 million this week — the last at No. 242 and one of two remaining currently at the Lower East Side's fancy new development project.

Residence 11B is "exquisitely designed while maintaining the spirit of the neighborhood," the realtors say.

The condo is a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom residence available for future residents to move in immediately.

Previously, the condo was listed for $4 million before the building was officially completed, the StreetEasy listing shows.

The building has a fitness center, entertainment area with a catering kitchen, pool size table, dining area, furnished rooftop with a grills and 360-degree views of Manhattan's skyline.

At Broome and Ludlow streets, the condo sits amid the sprawling Essex Crossing development, which is expected to be entirely complete by 2024.

The 55-unit 242 Broome St. will house the International Center of Photography and a bowling alley this fall. The building was designed by SHoP Architects and interiors by DXA Studio, and 11B was staged by design firm ASH.
