Accident Closes Two Lanes On Southern State
Watch out, because your evening commute may involve lots of traffic.
A car crash has shut down two lanes of the westbound Southern State Parkway in Malverne, and drivers in the area are in for a commuting headache.
The accident occurred between exit 17 (Hempstead Avenue) and exit 16 (Franklin Avenue). Two lanes are currently blocked.
The accident appeared to be minor, but is still causing trouble for the evening rush hour. If possible, use an alternate path.
