Ava Padilla, the daughter of Lori and Kenny Padilla a seventh grader at Lynbrook North middle school, has been named as a 2018 Maverick National Lacrosse classic All-Star and has been selected to represent Long Island at this years Maverick National All American Lacrosse Classic In Delaware, July 16-19.This is Ava’s Third straight year being selected to represent Long Island.
The Maverick National Lacrosse Classic features the top lacrosse players in the Nation that are selected to represent their state in a showcase event where selected teams compete for a National championship in front of NCAA lacrosse coaches from every division.
Ava also plays for the 7th grade Lynbrook middle school team and for LI empire lacrosse Nassau 2023 green team, where they kicked off the summer tournament season with a big championship win this past weekend at the summer showcase in Bel Air, Maryland.
