Malverne Schools Welcome New Teachers
Six new educators are joining the district for the 2020-21 school year.
MALVERNE, NY — The Malverne School District welcomed six new teachers for the 2020-21 school year.
The incoming staff participated in the district’s annual new teacher orientation on Sept. 1 in preparation for their journey as members of the Malverne family.
New teachers include Peter Gersbeck, guidance at Howard T. Herber Middle School; Jessica McMilleon, art, Malverne Senior High School; Emily Peggillan, elementary, Davison Avenue School; Luisa Peralta, Spanish, Malverne Senior High School; Kristi Thompson, special education, Howard T. Herber Middle School; and Tyisha Wilson, elementary, Davison Avenue School.
