'Misplaced' Tractor-Trailer Causing Delays on Southern State
BREAKING: Another day, another tractor-trailer struck under a bridge on a Long Island parkway.
VALLEY STREAM, NY – There are major delays on the westbound Southern State Parkway due to a "misplaced" tractor-trailer on the parkway, officials said.
The right and center lanes are blocked at Exit 15 in Valley Stream.
Traffic camera images from the scene seem to show at least part of the tractor-trailer stuck under an overpass.
