Nassau PD: Damaged Businesses, Cars
A rundown of arrests and crimes reported in the Fourth Precinct.

The following information was supplied by the Nassau County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate guilt.
Arrests
- On June 14 at 3:05 p.m., Torri Harvey, 39, of Hempstead, was arrested at listed location and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree and seven violations of the vehicle and traffic law on Woodfield Road near Clinton Avenue in Lakeview.Â
- On June 16 at 9:45 a.m., William Flandera, 56, of West Hempstead, was arrested for shoplifting at the Stop & Shop located on Cherry Valley Avenue in West Hempstead.
- On June 16 at 4:19 a.m., Kassandra Pinedo, 20, of Hempstead, was arrested for DWI on Hempstead Turnpike near Cherry Valley Avenue in West Hempstead.
- On June 17 at 1:50 p.m., Noel Royall, 39, of West Hempstead, was arrested on Hempstead Turnpike near Buckingham Road in West Hempstead and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree and two violations of the vehicle and traffic law.
Case Reports
- On June 6 at 12 p.m., an unknown suspect(s) stole the complainant's scooter on Catherine Street in Lynbrook.
- Between 7 p.m. on June 8 and 2 a.m. on June 9, an unknown suspect(s) stole a wallet from the complainant's unlocked vehicle on Fairlawn Avenue in West Hempstead.
- On June 11 at 9 p.m., a complainant discovered the windows to her vehicle smashed by an unknown suspect(s) on Garfield Street in Franklin Square.
- Between 2 p.m. on May 26 and 1:50 p.m., an unknown suspect(s) slashed the roof of the complainant's convertible and removed mechanical parts of their 2006 Honda on Center Drive in Franklin Square
- Between 1 a.m. and 3 a.m. on June 12, an unknown suspect(s) broke the windows to the Curves located on Franklin Avenue in Franklin Square.
- Between 7 p.m. on June 11 and 7 a.m. on June 12, a complainant discovered damage to a vacant building on 1st Avenue in Bay Park.
- Between 11 p.m. on June 15 and 8 a.m. on June 16, a complainant discovered an unknown suspect(s) keyed her 2012 black Volvo on Ocean Avenue in East Rockaway.
