Nassau's Newest Luxury Movie Theater Opens In Lynbrook
The Regal 13 is holding a special grand opening celebration with screenings of some of the most popular movies from recent years.

After years of wondering what would fill the space, the Regal 13 luxury movie theater has finally opened in Lynbrook. And to celebrate, the theater is holding special screenings of some of the most popular movies from the last few years and donating the proceeds to charity.
The theater officially opens on Thursday, June 21 with the premier of "Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom." But on Monday and Tuesday, the theater will be holding special screenings of popular movies. Guests can purchase tickets, popcorn and drinks for $3 each, and the proceeds will benefit the Children’s Medical Fund of New York, Variety: The Children’s Charity of New York and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Long Island.
"Regal is honored to partner with Variety the Children’s Charity of New York, the Children’s Medical Fund of New York and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Long Island for our preview events,” said Richard Grover, vice president of communications for Regal, in a release. "With the new Lynbrook theater, we are excited to bring another top-quality moviegoing experience to New York and invest in this outstanding community.”
