Police said defendant touched a female's genital area during an examination.

A Valley Stream chiropractor was arrested Sunday afternoon after he allegedly used a massaging device to touch a female victim's genital area during a chiropractic exam.
Nassau County detectives said that Douglas Dukofsky, 43, of Merrick, was conducting a chiropractic examination on a 21-year-old female when the "forcible touching" incident occurred.
During the exam at Valley Stream Chiropractic Wellness Center, located at 65 Roosevelt Ave., Suite 100 A, Dukofsky was using a massaging device on the victim’s legs when he proceeded to moved it across her genital area two times, police said.

The victim’s mother, who was also in the room, grew concerned and demanded the defendant to stop the exam, police said. The victim left the office and notified police.
Dukofsky was placed under arrest on Sunday around 11:55 p.m. at his residence.

Dukofsky was charged with forcible touching. He will be arraigned on Monday at First District Court in Hempstead.
