New Owner for Tri-Color Labs in Malverne
Long-awaited plans may soon be in action, report states.

The long-awaited replacement for Tri-Color Labs in Malverne may not be far away.
Jeff Persily, an entrepreneur from Lawrence, bought the building two months ago and plans on making it more pleasing to the eye for potential tenants, according to the Malverne Herald.
“For now, however, we’re planning on putting a whole new storefront, new roof, new glass, air conditioning, heating, and every business will have its own bathroom,” he said, according to the report, adding he plans to repave the parking lot behind the building and have update on “definitive plans” in the coming weeks.
