Nominate an Extraordinary Nassau Woman
Nassau County collecting nominations ahead of Women's History Month celebration in March.

Nassau County is searching for some of its most extraordinary female residents.
Ahead of an annual celebration on March 18 in Old Bethpage Restoration Village, Nassau County is welcoming nominations for women who give back, inspire, or lead by example.
“Women’s History Month provides us a wonderful opportunity to honor the contributions that mothers, sisters, and daughters have made to our communities,” said County Executive Mangano. “The women of Nassau County that have been honored at our prior Women’s History Month Celebrations have been nothing short of extraordinary and I welcome all to attend this year’s event as it promises to be a great success with more outstanding honorees and magnificent signature desserts by top bakers.”
