Register For Lynbrook Summer Playground Program By June 1

Register now for the Lynbrook Public Schools Summer Playground Program, which will be conducted at Marion Street and West End elementary schools, from July 5 through Aug. 12. Recreational activities, arts and crafts and special events will be offered Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to noon.

The daytime program is open to all Lynbrook School District resident children and all Village of Lynbrook resident children who will be entering kindergarten through eighth grade in September 2017. The cost for all Lynbrook Public School residents who register before June 1 is $210 per child with a maximum of $420 per family. The cost for all Lynbrook Village residents who register before June 1 is $240 per child with a maximum of $480 per family.

Registration will take place via mail only. Mail registration forms to Lynbrook Summer Playground, 111 Atlantic Ave., Lynbrook, N.Y. 11563, including a check or money order made payable to Lynbrook Public Schools. Please fill out a separate form for each child attending the program. For those children attending private or parochial school, or a school district other than Lynbrook, a copy of their immunization records, as well as proof of residency, must be mailed with their registration.

After June 1, the late registration cost for Lynbrook Public School residents is $240 per child with a maximum of $480 per family and $270 per child (max of $540 per family) for Lynbrook Village residents.
