Town Approves Townhouses For Malverne
A dozen new multi-family buildings are planned for Hempstead Avenue.
The Town of Hempstead has approved plans to construct a dozen new townhouses in Malverne.
The plans call for building 12 three-and-a-half story townhouses on Hempstead Avenue, north of Atlas Court.
The townhouses would be multi-family structures. There's no word yet on when construction may start.
