Transportation Requests for Lynbrook Non-Public Schools Due April 1

The following is from the Lynbrook School District:

Requests for transportation to non-public schools for the 2013-14 school year must be submitted to Gina Arrigo at the Lynbrook UFSD Transportation Office, not to the school where your child is enrolled.

The mailing address for Arrigo is 111 Atlantic Ave., Lynbrook, NY 11563. Forms must be postmarked no later than April 1, 2013.

For all requests, you must provide the latest school tax receipts showing School District No. 20, plus two proofs of residency. A request form must be filled out every year, for every school your child is applying to, and or for each child if there are siblings.

In no instance can the school be more than 15 miles from the student’s residence.
