Two Arrested for Prostitution at Capri Lynbrook Motor Inn

Two women were arrested for prostitution at the Capri Lynbrook Motor Inn Saturday during an undercover operation.

According to Nassau County detectives, Ashley M. Vigliante, 26, of Albany, offered to engage in sexual conduct with an undercover detective for an undisclosed amount of cash.

Police said a short time later at the same motel, 18-year-old Cambria Heights resident Shantol Barrington also offered to engage in sexual conduct with an undercover detective for an undisclosed amount of cash.

Barrington and Vigliante were placed under arrest without incident.

Both defendants were charged with prostitution. They were each issued an appearance ticket and are due in First District Court on July 3.
