Bing Crosby's dreams won't be coming true this year.

The National Weather Service has published its Christmas Day forecast and it's more early spring than midwinter.

The meteorologists are expecting a warm, sunny day with temperatures reaching 44 degrees and no chance of snow. Their forecast matches those of other agencies such as AccuWeather which expects 47 degree temperatures – 7 degrees higher than the historical average.
