NICE Bus: Expect Delays Due To Winter Storm
The transit service is warning riders that the mid-week storm could cause delays and cancellations on routes.

NASSAU COUNTY, NY — NICE Bus, Nassau County's bus service, is warning passengers to expect delays due to the snowy weather expected later this week.
Weather reports are currently predicting up to a foot of snow hitting the area Wednesday night into Thursday. Because of this, NICE Bus is advising riders to prepare for delays and disruptions.
According to NICE Bus, the snowstorm is likely to create low visibility and dangerous road conditions, as well as possible road closures. This could create detours and delays for both regular NICE Bus routes and Able-Ride service. NICE Bus says these delays could be worse on the North Shore and in flood-prone areas.
