We saw the latest twists in the Jones Beach Missing Swimmer case, tragedy in Oyster Bay and  East Garden City and a new teachers contract this week.

Jonathan Roth, the son of  "missing Jones Beach swimmer" Raymond Roth, went missing himself this week when he didn't show up for a sentencing hearing. He was later nabbed in Ohio.
A shooting near the Roosevelt Field  Mall in East Garden City, left one dead and another wounded.Â
There was also tragedy in Oyster Bay where a town sanitation worker was killed on the job.
A pedestrian suffered a head injury after a serious accident on Sunrise Highway.
And finally, school officials in Massapequa announced a new contract with teachers.
