The dedicated hotline is open seven days a week, and will answer seniors' questions and help them book vaccination appointments.
NASSAU COUNTY, NY — Nassau has launched a dedicated hotline to help senior citizens in the county make appointments to get the coronavirus vaccine.
Most vaccine appointments are made online, which can be difficult to manage for seniors, many of whom do not have access to a computer or the internet.
The new hotline will answer seniors' questions about the vaccine and help them schedule appointments. The phone number is 516-227-9590. The hotline is open from 9 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. seven days a week.
