Town of Oyster Bay's Salute to America Show to Feature Grucci Fireworks

The Town of Oyster Bay will once again be hosting their annual Salute to America show featuring Grucci fireworks.

The event, set for Tuesday, July 11 starting at 7:30 p.m. in John J. Burns Park on Merrick Road in Massapequa, is part of the Music Under the Stars concert series. The fireworks will begin at 9:45 p.m.

This year, Town Supervisor Joseph Saladino announced that the Town will be accepting nominations for the Veterans Volunteer Awards, which will take place prior to the event.

Nominations are being accepted in three different recognitions, a Lifetime Achievement Award, a Volunteer of the Year Award and the Non-Veteran (Friend of Veterans) Volunteer of the Year Award.
