Warm, Rainy Week To End Warm, Rainy February
This week will continue the month's warm, wet weather, with highs near 50 and lows above freezing.

The end of February is going to be much like the rest of the month was: exceptionally warm, but with lots of rain.
This February was already the warmest on record for Long Island, and also set records for having absolutely no snow. And that trend isn't going to change as the month wraps up.
High temperatures are going to hover around 50 degrees for most of the week, according to the National Weather Service. And the lows are going to stay above freezing for most nights, too. Though it is going to get colder as the week goes on.
