Who?

Who?
Since we are within Eastertide, the fifty days encompassing Easter Sunday to Pentecost Sunday, where each Sunday of the season is observed as Easter Sunday, it is appropriate to focus on the miraculous events that unfolded so long ago, yet live with a fierce veracity still harnessing and guiding human hearts and Souls to this day.

In mark 16:3, the three women heading to Jesus’ sepulcher queried, “Who will roll back the stone for us from the entrance to the tomb?”

This was indeed a valid question: Who? With a weight gauged at several tons, how would they accomplish such a monumental feat?

Low and behold: with faith it is already done. Upon arrival, the tremendous stone had been relocated allowing the sorrowful women to enter. One problem resolved.

The bigger conundrum quickly escalated to where is the Lord? While they fretted, angels shed some light on their distress and despondency.

The Gospels remain as the beloved stories of Jesus’ passion, death, resurrection, and ascension, which is quite an achievement for incidents rooted in bygone millennia, when there was no media to broadcast, no internet to connect to, no formal classes or instruction to transcend people places and all things.

These times were comprised of scattered civilizations existing in small villages with vast land separating would-be neighbors, and yet the Gospels are well-known all over the globe.

The stone was rolled back for the women. What obstacle is impeding you from following your heart, trying something new, breaking free from perceived or real limitations, or moving forward? Whether your stone is insurmountable or a marble, it can move.

Who can help? Jesus. Where can you find Him? Wherever you are. Who can move that stone? You can…
