The 16th Annual Brookhaven Fair Returns
Four "Big" weekends of thrilling rides, entertainment, fireworks and family fun

The Brookhaven Fair returns to the Pennysaver Amphitheater at Bald Hill, Farmingville, for four weekends of fun, thrills and entertainment for the entire family. The fair is open May 26, 27, 28, and Memorial Day, May 29; June 2, 3, 4; June 9, 10, 11, and June 16, 17, and 18.
As the weather gets nicer, families are anxious to get outdoors for fun and thrills. The Brookhaven Fair is a Long Island family tradition like no other, and is the perfect place to enjoy everything that only this great Fair can offer, and it’s close to home! The Brookhaven Fair has attractions and entertainment for people of all ages unlike anything else on Long Island.
New this year will be the Close Encounters of the Exotic Kind, featuring an entertaining and educational show featuring Lions and Tigers. Also, The Puppetone Rockers, a very fun roving entertainment group, will be joining the fair. Returning this year will be perennial favorite “The Lance Gifford Illusion Show,” an amazing and hysterical Las Vegas Hypnotist Show, The Banana Derby – America’s favorite monkey jockeys riding dogs and performing tricks, a family friendly petting zoo, carnival games, pony rides, and more than 30 thrilling state fair – like amusement rides.

Strates Shows, Americas last great carnival that travels by train and the past midway provider for the New York State Fair for over 70 years, will bring its line-up of spectacular rides including the Wave Swinger, Giant Wheel and Swing Tower.
Back by popular demand is “The Lance Gifford Illusion Show.” This award-winning act plays to a packed house at the Fair each year and features spectacular stage illusions, along with magical feats that no one’s eyes will believe. Do not miss the amazing Las Vegas-style Hypnotist Show that always astounds crowds as audience volunteers are put into a deep sleep and respond to commands to perform hilarious acts.

Families can visit the free petting zoo where dozens of exotic animals can be better appreciated with an up-close-and-personal look. Enjoy the fun of pony rides.
There will be spectacular free Grucci fireworks on Sunday, May 28, Saturday, June 3, June 10 and June 17.
Visit the Brookhaven Fair’s exciting midway with an assortment of fun games with great prizes. Try your favorite fair foods – candy apples, cotton candy, sausage and peppers, Greek Gyros, crab cakes, funnel cakes, zeppoles and much more!
The Brookhaven Fair is a family-friendly event; gates open at 5 p.m. on Fridays and 1p.m. on weekend days and Memorial Day. Admission policy: after 9 p.m. children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult with government issued ID. Last admission tickets will be sold at 11 p.m. Fair closes at midnight.
