Hour-By-Hour Long Island Snow, Sleet Forecast
The snow timeline for Wednesday has changed a bit. Check out the latest forecast.

Long Island is the only part of New York where a winter storm warning or winter weather advisory hasn't been issued for Wednesday, but we will likely still see enough wintry precipitation to create hazardous conditions on the roadways.
The odds of more than inch of snow on the island have increased slightly over the past 24 hours. The good news for the morning commute is it looks like any snow and sleet may hold off until after 9 a.m. and even then, it won't last long before turning into plain rain.
