Man Arrested After Fatally Stabbing Woman at Boarding House: Cops
A Long Island home health aide was stabbed to death Monday night.

GORDON HEIGHTS, NY – A 42-year-old man stabbed a woman to death at a boarding house in Gordon Heights Monday night, Suffolk Police said.
It happened shortly before 9 p.m. at a home located at 18 Pinegrove Ave, police said.
Robert Heise stabbed 50-year-old Donna Ruisi "during a dispute" at the house, where they both were residents, police said.

Ruisi, who worked as a home health aide for Islandia-based Family First Home Companions according to her Facebook profile, was transported to Long Island Community Hospital in East Patchogue where she was pronounced dead.
Heise was charged with second degree murder. He was held overnight at the Sixth Precinct and is scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip Tuesday morning.
