Man Charged With Robbing 4 Suffolk Businesses At Gunpoint: PD
The 31-year-old robbed a gas station, a vape shop, a sandwich shop and a convenience store all in the past month, police say.
SUFFOLK COUNTY, NY - A Medford man was charged on Wednesday with committing armed robberies at four Suffolk businesses this month, according to Suffolk Police.
Eric Wright, 31, the businesses between April 5 and April 21, displayed what appeared to be a handgun, demanded cash and fled with proceeds, police said.
According to police, Wright was found to be connected to the robberies at the following locations:

- 7-Eleven on 811 Waverly Avenue in Holtsville on April 21 at 7:30 a.m.
- Subway on 18 Woods Corner Road in Setauket on April 15 at 7:15 p.m.
- Aura Vape Store on 1110 Middle Country Road in Selden on April 11 at 9:07 p.m.
- Conoco Gas Station on 626 Old Medford Avenue in Patchogue on April 5 at 3:30 p.m.
He was charged with four counts of first degree robbery.
In addition, Sixth Squad detectives charged Wright with third degree grand larceny and third degree criminal possession of stolen property for pawning jewelry he stole from a Setauket home.
