Man Steals Car While Driver Was Delivering Food At Medford Motel

The theft took place on Christmas, police say. The man is wanted for grand larceny.

MEDFORD, NY — Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is seeking the public's help in finding the man who police say stole a car from a Medford motel in December.

A man stole a 2013 Honda Accord from the 112 Motel at 2001 Route 112, on Christmas at 7:25 p.m., police said. The car's owner was making a food delivery when it was stolen.

Police ask anyone with information to reach Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and leave an anonymous tip via phone call at 1-800-220-TIPS, texting "SCPD" and your message to "CRIMES" (274637) or by email at www.tipsubmit.com. A cash reward of up to $5,000 is offered for information that leads to an arrest.
