The band performed at the Newsday Marching Band Festival on Oct. 17.

From Patchogue-Medford HS:For the first time in more than 20 years, Patchogue-Medford High School's marching band performed.

The Raiders played their hearts out at the Newsday Marching Band Festival on Tuesday, October 17 at Mitchell Athletic Complex in Nassau County.
Mark Stuckey, PM Director of Art, Music and Cultural Arts: “I feel we have one of the best music programs on Long Island, and the results can be heard in the classrooms and on the stage. Bringing a Marching Band program to our school district will add a layer of depth that is not only great for our teachers and students, but for our community. As our program develops, I look forward to seeing how we evolve musically and the opportunities this can present to us.”
