Tremont Sells Boo Grams For Hurricane Relief

Students at Tremont Elementary School raised $525 for hurricane relief with a Halloween themed craft sale.

MEDFORD, NY - From Tremont Elementary School: Tremont Elementary combined volunteerism and community service with the Halloween holiday spirit.

Students raised $525 for hurricane relief through a “boo grams” fundraiser throughout the week.

The school’s peer leadership team sold the “boo grams”, which are kind notes that get sent between students.

“It was a creative way to help others,” said Tremont Principal, Lori Koerner.
