Bellmore-Merrick CHSD to Host Fair For Transitioning Students With Disabilities

The Bellmore-Merrick Central High School District SEPTA and the Community Parent Center will host its "Seventh Annual Fair For Transitioning Students With Disabilities: From Eligibility to Employment and Beyond" at Calhoun High School on Tuesday. 

This year the fair will have nine workshops with targeted presentations on a wide variety of subjects which include: self-determination, travel, training, special needs, trusts, social security benefits, Medicaid and Non-Medicaid services. 

The event will take place from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
