Crime Report: Man Charged For Merrick Burglary, DWI Arrests
The following arrest information was supplied by the Nassau County Police Department; it does not indicate a conviction.

- An East Meadow man was among three who were arrested for burglaries between Sept. 23 and 30, including one in Merrick
- On Sept. 25, an unknown suspect broke a window of a complainant's vehicle parked on James Street and removed a laptop and accessories
- An unknown suspect broke the window of a complainant's vehicle and stole an  iPad on Sept. 25. The car was parked on Lake End RoadÂ
- On Sept. 25 a complainant discovered their Thinkpad and pocketbook was missing from her car parked on Fox Boulevard
- Sometime between Sept. 25 and Sept. 26, an unknown suspect broke the rear window of a complainant's vehicle parked on Clubhouse Road
- Peter Kosinski, 40, of Merrick was arrested at Carlisle Place and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident with injury, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and four violations of the vehicle and traffic law. The incident occurred on Sept. 28
- On Sept. 30, an unknown suspect broke the window of a complainant's vehicle parked on Merrick Road and stole a pocketbook and USC
