Man Charged In Roosevelt Stabbing Death: Nassau Police

Police say Isiah Cust stabbed another man on the street on the morning of Oct. 25.

ROOSEVELT, NY — Nassau County police say they have arrested a Roosevelt man for stabbing another to death in the street on Oct. 25.

According to Nassau County police, officers were called to a home on Brookside Avenue at 10 a.m. for a disturbance. When they arrived, they found a 27-year-old man on the ground with multiple stab wounds.

The man was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 10:28 a.m. His name has not been released.

On Monday, police say they arrested Isiah Cust, 30, of Brookside Avenue, for the killing. He is charged with second-degree murder. He is scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday.
