More Snow In The Forecast For Long Island
You (hopefully) won't have to break out your shovels yet, but get ready for a cold and wet mid-week.

LONG ISLAND, NY — There's more snow on the way for Long Island, but thankfully it's nothing that will require you to break out the shovels. Not yet, anyway.
We're due for some more snow Tuesday night into Wednesday, according to the National Weather Service. Tuesday night will start with rain and then things will transition to snow, which will carry through to Wednesday morning. Less than an inch of snow is expected, but the coating should be just enough to make the Wednesday morning commute a real mess.
The snow is predicted to continue Wednesday morning before turning to rain and then tapering off. And then it's clear skies for the rest of the week. Temperatures will skyrocket to near 60 degrees Saturday and more rain is expected.
