New TV series seen filming in Merrick

Merrick is abuzz these days, ever since several large production trucks and equipment were seen in parts of the residential area near Merrick Avenue south of the Sunrise Hwy NY27, not far from the Community Presbyterian Church at William Place.

During the first week of December, while the cold winter weather persisted outside, CPC provided a warm haven for the cast and crew of the production to prepare, rest and recharge.

It is believed, and yet to be confirmed, that the excitement is about an Fx cable series titled "Fosse/Verdon" for 2019.
